Brookside Recreation and Swim Club

Brookside rests on 10 beautiful acres in a quiet,

country setting. The Brookside Swim Club is a

private club that is owned and operated by its

members who come from all over Gloucester

County (yes, we are worth the drive!) from as far

away as Swedesboro and West Deptford to as

close as Mullica Hill and Washington Township.

Brookside is a great place to relax by the pool or let

loose and enjoy all the club has to offer. 10 acres

provides us with a lot of space for our gorgeous Z

pool and our brand new resort style baby pool. Plenty of room for our tennis courts,

basketball court, sand volleyball court and our shuffleboard courts. There’s a grassy field

where the kids spend countless hours enjoying themselves playing wiffleball, soccer and

other fun games. We also have a playground, horseshoe pits, and of course a great snack

bar, barbeque grills, and a wooded picnic grove. And, for those that must do some

business in between “the fun” bring your laptop! The club has wireless internet access!

But it’s not just about the things we have; it’s also about the things we do. There are a lot

of fun activities for everyone in the family. There is a six week activities program during the

3pm adult swim that the little ones (ages 4-8) can enjoy. There is babysitting and swim

lessons available. Throughout the summer we host dances, splash parties, our Family

Campout, and a Wine Tasting Party for the adults. But Brookside is best known for its

rockin’ 4th of July Party – it’s one event our members never want to miss!
