The Brookside Dolphins are a member of the Tri-County Swimming Pool
Association(TCSPA.) The TCSPA is composed of 36 summer swim clubs
in the Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties of New Jersey,
serving over 4,000 young swimmers and their families. Since the team
was taken over by Coach Paul Ponter and Assistant Head Coach Brooke
Woodlock, the team has had many winning seasons taking them from the
D division all the way up to the A division where they will be competing for the
first time during the 2010 season. The team also earned the Gloucester County
Peach Bowl Championship title in both 2008 and 2009!
But the swim team is not all about winning. Our swimmers learn
invaluable skills that are not only useful in the pool, but those that can be
applied to all areas of their lives – hard work, determination, dedication,
friendship, team work and much, much more. Our coaches work hard
to develop, not only the swimmer, but the individual. If you would like more

Activities
The team hosts an array of activities for the team members including:
Picture Day/Ice Cream Social (don’t worry we wait until after the photos to
eat the ice cream), pasta dinner, pancake breakfast, pizza party, (it’s
amazing these kids can swim so fast with all the food we feed them!) and
we complete the season with the social event of the year – our annual
banquet. That’s the evening when we don’t even recognize most of the
kids because they aren’t in bathing suits with soaking wet hair!
