MEMBERSHIP PROCESS
Your application is subject to action by the Board of Directors and the right to refuse an applicant is reserved. If you are accepted as a member , you will be informed via email and provided with an invoice.
At the time an offer of membership is made, you will be required to pay the Bond Fee of $400 and the annual dues. The Bond fee is a one time upfront cost that can be recouped should you sell the bond to a new family that wishes to join the pool. Please read Bylaws for more information.
Bond holder and persons of immediate family relationship to the bond member certificate holder who are children under twenty- three, dependent parents, grandparents age 65+,etc., who are domiciled as part of the household will be additional person(s) with regard to the bond.
2026 DUES STRUCTURE
Bond Fee (new members): $400
Bonded Member: $650*
Senior Bonded Member (65+ as of May 1, 2026): $450*
Additional Family Member (as defined above): $125
- Children under the age of 2 prior to May 1 of the current year are free.
Additional Household Members:
- Babysitter Pass: $200 (limit of 1)
- Grandparent Pass – $125 per Grandparent ( limit of 2)
- Guest Passes: $10.00 per person per day (Not Valid on Memorial Day, 4th of July or Labor Day)
